The Order reads as follows:
1. To accept the proposal for signing
the Agreement on Comprehensive Strategic Partnership between the Russian
Federation and the Islamic Republic of Iran, as submitted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia and coordinated with the relevant federal state
agencies and organisations.
To permit the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia to introduce
non-essential changes to the draft Agreement during the talks on the signing of the Agreement.
2. To deem it expedient to sign the Agreement envisioned by this directive at the highest level.
